once the intended picture to be uploaded is in your folder,this is how to proceed:-)
google imageshack via internet explorer browser,i find that easier:-),click on the link, then click on a box will open up,at the top you will see a tab,that needs to be on once that is correct,click on the option there you will see your photos,click on the pic you intend to upload,next click on next you will see a oblong tab with the words at which at the end of you will see a downward arrow,click on the arrow,and choose option 640x480,then click now you will see your uploaded photo with a green correct tick above it,to the right of the pic,click then right click,and select then on the forum posting box,the posting box can be temperamental on here ,but keep trying,i normally put a dot in the box first and space,and then paste if needed
