update,,im still doing visits to hospital and gps right now,blood pressure still not under control quite yet.has fallen from 280 to around the 170 mark with medication,,it would seem i have resitant hypertension,which bascally means it doesnt respond well to blood pressure pills :O( no repeat of the mini stroke,after 5 weeks now,so i am hoping to see the back of them,,have been tested for a rare condition called conns syndrome,which basically can be caused by benign tumours of the glands that sit on the kidneys,blood tests seem to indicate this as a possibilty as this can also cause hypertension,however after a ultrasound last week,i was told there and then,,that there was no lumps or bumps that shouldnt be there in my liver and kidneys,in other words no tumours benign or cancerous,which is a relief,this seems to rule out conns syndrome i would have thought,,anyway,ive had a look through some of the replies,and i see the continued dedication of the core members,which brings a smile to my face,after a horendous last few months,,will keep updating you guys on my condition,and with luck,i am hoping to get myself right by the start of next year so i can get back on here,,doing what i love to do,collecting ttm
