how do you get in contact via  the messages on here lost all my contact list , nigel need to message you!!

Alan. if you click on someone's name to see their profile, you should see a blue button to add them as a friend. Once added as a friend, when messaging just start typing the name and you will be prompted with choices based on what you type.
