Went up to our final game of the season, thank Jebus it's over, at Morecambe yesterday.
Stopped off for a Knock Knock in Bury and got George Hudson to sign the book for me. Very short and sweet but I am really pleased to get him to sign.
Alex, I see he played for Accrington, message me if you would like his address mate.
On the way into Morecambe I saw our team bus outside the Holiday Inn so I stopped off to get our new manager Gary Johnson to sign the book.
Then after the game I went into Preston and knocked on the door off Jeff Parton. He very kindly let me in and I spent twenty minutes chatting with him and his wife. He's an absolute gent with many fond and some not so fond memories of his time at the club. I am sending on the address of Jim Hall to him, Jeff has been trying to locate him for a while as they were good friends during their time with us.
That's 237 now, shall add more when we have a weeks holiday down in Dorset later in the year hopefully.
