To be honest streeterpingfellow i really think you are wrong about Sir Tom having a driver that signs for him. I have had e mails from a member that has had an IP graph signed to youngsters that were with him at the time. You have your opinions mate, and i do not hold that against you:)
Now... I fully intend to meet Sir Tom the next time i am in his area and i will personally ask him if someone else is signing for him on his TTM requests. I know for a fact that Sir Tom loves his fans, and would never ask anyone to sign on his behalf.
Watch this space guys, thats all i can say:)

All I am saying is that replies in the last few months I believe to have been secs. I do not believe that he even probably knows about this as I know he was one of the best signers ever going to deepdale on a regular basis to answer his mail

I am NOT trying to make you look STUPID as you put it. I am simply trying to clear/put to rest a seed of doubt that you have sown. Many of us on here have had replies from Sir Tom and myself along with many more would like the truth out:)

Hi Knockknock
Why not just message me with a reply rather than on the messageboard trying to make me look a bit stupid?? I don't think Sir Tom physically lives at the address anymore but I have been told that he is now in a home. I'm not saying everything that has ever come back from him has been a sec. All the ones in the past were genuine from PNE as I know he would go to Deepdale every week to reply to his mail. Sir Tom was one of the best signers. I'm not saying he purposely has someone else signing for him. I just imagine he has someone who picks up his mail for him from his home who then deals with it now as he is not too well. Thats all

I don't see in my message where I claim you called me stupid? Just that that you were trying to make me look a bit stupid that was all 😄 It was the the best wishes part that got me thinking as where I have seen Tom sign best wishes before it does not look like that. I just think it is in the last maybe 2=3 months that this has happened. All the stuff that came from deepdale was great. I wouldn't have said anything had I thought I was sure.

Evening
Just just a pic of a sig I got IP from Sir Tom in my Hall of Fame book and then the bottom one the one i recieved the other day. Surely you can see what I mean

perry, personally i would say they are from the same hand, there are differences, but you expect that in ip situations, letters dont get formed properly in ip sometimes, because the celeb wants to hurry it to get on to the the next guys item that needs signing, looking at the two,i can see that certain letters have the same characteristics

I've been told by a friend of mine that an autograph to be genuine, not one of them is identical, there is always a slight difference in each genuine autograph

something else to add to this...I've just read that sir tom recieves around thousand letters each month from fans around the world, so thinking about this plus he's not been too well recently means that he will have a huge pile/backlog of mail meaning that it's likely he will rush through each reply, so the autographs will not always match up 100% to other ttm replies..i've seen it before from other people they quickly rush through mail so its not similar to their normal sig where they arent rushed which is probably the case in this arguement and as #9 said no two autographs are signed exactly the same 🙂

I really hope you are able to sort this out I dont think anything was meant from it ..it was a member trying to be helpful...I've had a look at both signatures and some of the letters do look different especially the " F" so I would be a bit worried if I had an autograph that didn't look the same as the one's shown
Saying that apparently he is ill and getting old/not well so if he still wanting to sign, his autograph will surely change..bless him
Paul hope you manage to knockknock him when your in the area and can put all the doubts to rest...
