Another panto reply. After writing to him 2 years ago and not getting a reply I didn't bother last year only to see everyone else get their pics back so was thrilled when he came back to panto this year so I could try again.  He signed both of my 10x8's and instead of my index card sent a signed 7x5 photo, took 22 days:
