Thanks to a top, top man

I knew Alex had sent me something from his comment after his Tuesday night in person collecting, but I was not expecting the wonderful surprise that turned up in the mail with a lovely letter from him.

Alex is literally starting his Christmas post early. 🙂

As a result, I received the best unexpected gift I have ever had.

He sent a card that shall be opened at Christmas, a pile of unmarked stamps for my ttm activity, A Watford pin badge still in sealed packaging that has been signed by Matty Whichelow and Piero Mingoia on the card. That would have been more than enough, but no, he also amazingly sent me an Accy shirt signed by Matty and Piero also. Alex knows I rate these two lads, so these are awesome gifts for me, and doubly exciting to have my first signed Accy shirt. 🙂

In true Alex style, the Accy shirt is hitting the road tomorrow to wing it's way to someone else who has played for both Accy and Watford. 🙂 As someone once said - "he who dares".

Thank you so much mate. You are a great friend, and I am very humbled and honoured.
