Firstly, I apologise to anyone who did not get a gift from me this Christmas. It is not a slight on you - I just do not know you well enough to have an address for you. The last of my gifts were posted today. I also had one postal casualty I know of - something I sent came back water damaged with the address obliterated and contents ruined, but my reply address still intact.

I have benefitted from wonderful friendship from a great group of people floating in the middle of a sea of waste of space lurkers, so wanted to give something back. I am not a fan of the ebay forum format, and dislike that I cannot share some info openly as I do on the other forum I am on that clears out non contributors, but keep coming back thanks to the great regulars on here.

I would love to get to more events, and a few regular footy matches, but it is not possible right now, and has not been for a while. I did however get to meet up with Alan a couple of times at the tail end of this year which was cool as he is a great chap. Hopefully I can meet more of you in the future.

Enjoy a great hobby that has it ups and downs, but is always fun and exciting.

Its a privilege to have you on here Nigel, your knowledge and experience has been invaluable to all of us at one time or another and I for one look forward to your posts.

My Wife laughs at me when I refer to people on here as friends but we have such great group of regulars that's exactly what it feels like.

Hopefully we will get to meet at a show one day

I started as a lurker but I am so glad I decided to join in. It's fun to share this hobby and be able to help others when possible. It was only because of Daz's invite to this forum that I started collecting again so, I offer a big thank you to him as I now have a nice little collection. And also a big thank you to all of you who take the time to contribute to this forum.

I also started off a lurker...for about half an hour.Lol.

Loved every minute on these boards, Cyber friends that I will proably never meet, Have met Alan and Paul, Spoke to Wheel and Brian on a few occasions. I call all the regulars friends too and I also have a healthy collection of signed books, Shirts, Photo's and cards since starting TTM back in 2009. Great, Great hobby to be involved in and when any of you lurkers read this ask yourself why is it you don't join in...we don't bite you know...maybe next christmas you'll be receiving a pressie or two through the post as a thank you for your efforts over the next 12 months.....It does happen you know. I miss the likes of Richard, Swain, and his partner in crime Joe from the early days, Ron too.

We'll keep ticking over...Best wishes to all my friends on here.

I can only echo the comments by Greg,Suzanne and Alex on how great this forum is and while most of us may never meet up,I will often talk about my friend Alex who supports Accrington,or Nigel who supports Watford and collects Doctor Who autographs,Greg who collects EE and Star Wars autographs,Brian the biggest Celtic fan I know or Suzanne who likes Downton Abbey (like my father in law) and Daz,Matt,Rob,Jamie,Alan,Carl,Paul and any others I may have missed.

Since I've been on this forum I've been happy to help share details on successes,help others get some autographs and just enjoy being part of a great group.

Thank you Nigel and all the other members for helping make this group what it is.

Have to agree this is a wonderful forum with some great members who really do help each other. Ive not been lucky enough to meet any of you guys but hopefully some of us will get together at one of the Memrobilia shows one day or somthing similar as would be great to meet some of you.

I think I started off as a bit of a lurker too (wanted to find some ex England player addresses). I am very glad I joined in - it's great seeing everyone’s successes from so many different areas of entertainment, sport, literature etc. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help – my only regret is that I wish I had known about the forum earlier. The wife is quite amused by my TTM adventures, although today (after sneakily reading a letter I had just printed) said "why don't you write me letters like this?". TTM jealousy - looks like I am going to have to mail a request to her in the New Year. Keep it up everyone – hope you all have a Merry Christmas and I hope 2013 brings lots of happiness, good health and TTM returns.

ill be honest i dont like any of you lot lol only joking...... as echoed above this is a great forum with some fantastic people, the help and support that exists is fantastic with people regularly going beyond what the group requires. It would be brilliant to have a few more contributors but hey im not losing no sleep over that because the people on here are more than enough to make this a fantastic group!

great group with great people ,  loads of different areas of autograph collecting wether it be united, celtic, watford, star wars, dr who, muppets, downton abbey, tv, music,film, cd's, books etc but everyone (lurkers aside) shows a genuine interest in each others collections and that makes  this group what it is 😄
