Storage Question

I have my autographs mostly stored in ring binders which is nice for lookibng through but doesn't feel like it takes best care of the photos. What do others do for storing autographs, especially thinking of 10x8s really. Are there particular photo albums that are good to use? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Storage Question

ring binders are fine as long as they acid free. I use Ultra Pro Binders and sleaves but they can be pretty hard to get hold of in the UK

I think many of us are in the same boat. I try to find acid free products, but it is not always easy. The most important thing is not to stack the albums on top of each other, or have any weight on them.

I too use ring binders but I make sure the sleeves are acid free. I also have them standing on a shelf to prevent them from sticking together.

for my 8x10 i use only  archival polyester sleeves as there better than acid free,,acid free tend over time to take of paint pen ,its happened to me on a couple of items,,however polyester is enert and also will not scratch photos,,not cheap though at a pound a pop
