Sent 2 programmes, two index cards & a football card to Steve via his work address on 8/10 received today, all signed.
Steve Kember was a midfield player who's professional career spanned the years 1965-81. He played for;
Crystal Palace 1965-71 (245 app 35 gls), Chelsea 1971-75 (130 app 13 gls), Leicester C. 1975-78 (117 app 6 gls), C.Palace 1978-80 (50 app 3 gls) & Vancouver Whitecaps 1980-81 (22 app 2 gls). In the 1968-69 season he scored the winning goal against Fulham that clinched promotion for Crystal Palace to the old First Division. He was one of only 3 players to play in every game.
After retiring from playing he managed C.Palace 1981-83, Whyteleafe 1986-1993 and was caretaker manager at Palace agin in 2001, and returning again to C.Palace in 2003.
Steve is currently the football and cricket coach at the Whitgift school in South London.
