I had received a reply from Steve on a Star Wars before from when he was in EastEnders but he signed my photo in a dark pen on a dark spot and it is really hard to the signature so I thought I woudl take the opportunity of him appearing in a play to try again and include a pen this time. 

He has kindly signed both my photo and index card in the pen I provided but the photo has unfortunately smudge so a little dissapointed but still happy yo get it back.  The play has now ended so too late to try again but I dare say another opportunity will come up in the future.  Took just 8 days:

Real shame it smudged, Greg but the bronze ink does look good. Hope you're more successful on the next attempt.
