Sir Geoff signed my World Cup 1970 programme.

After getting my 1970 World Cup Final Programme back from Alex Stepney last week I sent it out to Sir Geoff Hurst, Via a private address, last Thursday the 10th of Feb along with one of the Celebration pic's from the 1966 Final. I found these in a charity shop at 5p each.
Today these have bee returned to me signed and dedicated by the "Hat-Trick Hero"  even though it's a 1970 programme Geoff has added his trade mark '66 to the graph on the front cover, He has also kindly signed inside the programme too, as did Martin Peters and Francis Lee. And for those who don't know who Geoff Hurst is...............(Scottish members;-)
Sir Geoffrey Charles Hurst MBE (born 8 December 1941 in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire) is a retired England footballer best remembered for his years with West Ham. He made his mark in World Cup history as the only player to have scored a hat-trick in a World Cup final. His three goals came in the 1966 final for England in their 4–2 win over West Germany at the old Wembley. Such an achievement was made all the more remarkable by the fact that he was only five months and eight games into his international career, and was not considered his country's premier centre forward. Thank you so much  again Sir Geoff Hurst, M.B.E

"He who Dares" in this game.
