Time to resurrect this thread for anything related to autographed books. I'll kick off with a purchase today -

Born Wild HB 1st by Tony Fitzjohn, OBE

Tony's new book has recently been released and we picked up a signed HB 1st at half price in a British Bookshops & Stationers promotion. Very pleased as Kelly and I were only saying the other day it looked a book we would both enjoy.

picked a few bargains up 🙂

Bargain books had 2 for a fiver on, i managed to pick up 2 signed first edition copies of Phil Daniels Class Actor hardback....was another signed copy with the waterstones

signed by the author sticker on but the book was damaged so made do with the 2 🙂

11th signed Jackie Collins book for Kelly's collection. Spotted a charity auction on eBay, and landed it for 99p.

No discounts, just a signed book I really wanted for reading as well as collecting as I enjoy the works of Dickens, and am a big admirer of Simon Callow. This was a must for me. HB 1/1 of course. Hatchards and Goldsboro have signed HB 1/1's of this, but I noticed Waterstones Piccadilly had signed HB 1/4's, so they are already selling later printings.

Picked up a signed copy of Carl Barat's memoirs on eBay for a couple of quid. I have his solo cd signed, so pleased with this. A very talented musician. It arrived a couple of days ago.
