Time to resurrect this thread for anything related to autographed books. I'll kick off with a purchase today -

Born Wild HB 1st by Tony Fitzjohn, OBE

Tony's new book has recently been released and we picked up a signed HB 1st at half price in a British Bookshops & Stationers promotion. Very pleased as Kelly and I were only saying the other day it looked a book we would both enjoy.

Worth checking WH Smith. I can not go to any of the Lee Evans book signings, but was pleased to find signed copies in WH Smith on my way to work this morning at £7 off, so £13 instead of £20, plus I had a 20% off voucher to use. They are 1/1 editions and have the now familiar bright orange signed by sticker on the front.

On the way home tonight, I noticed WH Smith had changed all the signed copies from £7 off to buy one get one half price. Here's the one I bought this morning -

Yesterday I picked up Ronald Searle's new book with signed bookplate attached from Hatchards. Ordered it as soon as I heard about it, and not surprisingly this sold out incredibly quickly. This is a very beautiful book, and I am honoured to have it.

This really is one of the most special signed books I have picked up. A very moving and beautiful book by this country's finest cartoonist.

Was really after an undedicated Hoff book, but as this was 99p with no bids I thought what the hell.
