R I P Peter Falk.

The great Peter Falk passed away yesterday at the age of 83. He had been ill for sometime. He'll be remembered as Lt. Columbo but, he made some good films along the way too.

I was saddened to hear the news today, he was great, and will be missed.

I almost met him in 2007. I had a ticket for a talk and signing when he released his book 'just one more thing', but sadly he cancelled on the day of event due to ill health. I did manage to get a copy with a signed bookplate for myself and a friend a week later, so was lucky in the end.

One of my favourite programmes Columbo still watch them on a Sunday....RIP Mr Columbo!

I was pretty shocked to hear about Peter Falk as his autograph was one of the first I collected. Another seventies television icon gone. I will be watching some of my Columbo DVDs as a tribute.

I was also saddened to hear of the great Peter Falks death last Thursday.

What a legend, im a huge fan and I have nearly the Columbo episodes.

Will be sadly missed r.i.p. Peter Falk.
