John Keith "Jack" Taylor (21 April 1930 – 27 July 2012) was an English football referee, famous for officiating in the 1974 FIFA World Cup Final where he awarded two penalties during the first 30 minutes.

I was lucky enough to get Jack to sign his autobiography last year to add to my World cup final Referee collection. Sad news.
