It's been a bit slow on here this week so thought I's post a few purchases that arrived today:
Fiirst up, a few rare Star Wars purchaes from a collecting friend of mine:
Andrew Ainsworth - Prop Maker on the original Star Wars, he created the original Stormtrooper helmets and armour::
Robert O'Mahoney who played X-Wing Pilot Theron Nett in the original film:
Wendy Midener Froud who was a fabricator on the Yoda puppet for The Empire Strikes Back:
Digby Milner was an effects assistant for Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, he also worked on The Phantom Menace:
I then had another fellow collecto pick this up for me at a show in the US. Typically he has now scheduled to appear at a show over here later this year. Jet Lucas, son of George Lucas who appeared in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith as Zett Jukassa:
Naturaly I was really pleased to add new Star Wars names to my collection which now sits at 473 different names from the Star Wars universe
And finally a non Star Wars purchase, a 10x8 signed by Flash Gordan himself, Sam Jones. This will soon be its way TTM to Brian Blessed:
