Possibly winning on the post front. Time will tell. As well as trying a few different tactics, on Tuesday this week I posted a selection of requests to people who have been replying well in the last few months using my normal reply envelopes. Then yesterday, after a bit of a runaround, I got to speak to my delivery office manager, and told him of my concerns. Lots of excuses, but he conceded it did look strange, and would investigate.

Today's post brought one of Tuesday's requests with my handwritten reply envelope, and is the first in a long time to have the stamp marked off.

Mark Lester - 4 days

Both pics signed/ded although the silver ink is smudged, and you can see the residue inside the envelope where it had obviously been put very hastily. My index card was not returned. More than happy with this though.
