Hi, i have a signed x 4 Rolling Stones photo caricature that i took out of storage to frame properly, only to find that several parts of the photograph appear stuck to the glass on its original picture frame, when moved even slightly bits were lifting.
I did some googling re: photo's stuck to glass and everything says use steam, water and or ice, but it assumes high possibility of loosing the photo, and of course I want to preserve the signatures if its possible. Is signed with a dark blue sharpie type pen, but i assume its not permanant ink.
Advice on this problem is welcomed.

best of luck...if you don't want to ruin the photo then leave it alone. How's the Cricket going...

I had the same problem with a Michelle Pfeiffer signed Catwoman photo getting stuck to the glass, but I can't take it off without ruining the photo.

Thank u so everybody for your advice ... clearly its dont touch it at all. sigh... given the leave it suggestion, to me either way the reason its ruined X-(. It was being reframed to get rid of bad framing job, as i wanted to place it on the wall. I got a 2 metres of UV reflective glass to reframe stuff, or frame for the 1st time.
This means sitting in a cupboard in no light, or ruining with uv rays as glass cant be changed. I love this item, it matched perfectly with a signed Keith Richards item, even down to the colors. This news is sooooo disappointing 😞 , but thank you for sharing your wisdom. Even worse it would seem that not even a company can make such a product.
PS: loobyloo6. I am one of the few from your 'penal colony' who dont follow cricket at all, but i heard on local news there are some very frustrated and sad
Oz cricket fans, apparently mother England is getting the hallowed 'Ashes' this season. Dont worry, i am guessing it may be your turn to win for a bit lol 😉 .. someone or some persons have clearly left the Australian team, do be doing so badly. Enjoy your victory (whilst it lasts) ]:) hehehehe ....
