Hiya guys, yep, i actually managed to catch 4 out of 5 Legends at home today:)

I have decided to start a new knockknock project and what a start it is:)

First i went to see David Herd, but unfortunately there was no time to chat much as his daughter was there with him. He was fine when he answered the door but when she came to the door too he seemed to clam up a little. He came out to the vehicle and we chatted a little about united's season, and his holiday to sicily which he enjoyed:) Thanks David:)

Next i went to see Pat Crerand, what a guy:) He answered the door and said "Oh.... I thought yoou were the postman" Then i daid "No, but if i was i would be asking for an autograph every morning lol:)" He laughed . "Would you sign my book for me Mr Crerand" I said. Of Course i will,its a pleasure. He then asked after the health of David and i told him that he was much the same really. He then took the book and signed it. I then asked if i could have a photo of him and me. He said "Oh...... Errr.... I would have combed my hair if i had known lol" " Of course you can, then we huddled together to take the pic:) Cheers Pat:)

I then went to Tony Dunne's house and he was out. His wife just said "Golfers" tut lol:) I will try him again another time:)

Then i went to see good old Nobby:) He answered the door and he always says "YES" in a stern kind of voice, and once he realises whats going on he is the kindest nicest person ever. He asked how David and Pat were and i told him they are both fine. I then asked him how he was doing, and he said" I am doing really well now thanks for asking" I didnt keep him too long, just let him sign and said my thank you's and goodbye's:) Cheers Nobby 🙂

Then i went to see Jack Crompton:) Quite possibly the nicest gentleman i have ever met in my life. I knocked on the door and he answered, with food in his mouth lol. I said" Oh i'm sorry Mr Crompton have i interupted your lunch" "No, not at all, i am nearly done he said smiling. "Will you sign my book please Jack? My pleasure came the reply. He then signed and i bit him farewell and enjoy the rest of your lunch lol:) I don't know..... Timing lol:) Hope you like the book. It  will be going out with me again on Friday:)
