Sent one FDC and two index cards to John Morris on 20/8 received back today. He kindly signed the FDC and two index cards and also got 7 other Derbyshire current players to sign the FDC as well. John Morris is an ex cricketer who played for Derbyshire 1982-1993, Durham 1994-1999 & Notts 200-2001. He also played 3 tests and 8 odi for England between 1990-1991. John was a right hand bat and right arm medium bowler. He played 362 first class matches, scoring 21,539 runs at an average of 37.32. His top score was 229. He also made 52 100's and 104 50's during his careeer. He played 3 tests for England, scoring 71 runs with a top score of 32, taking 3 catches, also playing in 8 odi for England, scoring 167 runs with a top score of 63no against Australia, taking 2 catches. John Morris is now Head of Cricket at Derbyshire.
