Jay was a Chelsea(and Spurs) acadamy goalkeeper in 1990 before a serious knee injury ended his career at 19.He has coached in the USA since 2000.firstly at youth level and more recently Ladies soccer.Found this in a tin of autographs Ive had for some time which hadnt got round to sorting.glad I did now !
