Graham Turner and his team had to put the Champagne back on ice yesterday after managing only a point at the Crown Ground....

I'm sure they will clinch promotion to league one next week end...That's what I told the Manager and players as they signed the match day programme...got all 16 squad players plus on loan forward Romaine Sawyers from West Brom who also travelled up with Shrewsbury..great bunch of lads..Manager Graham Turner signed the programme along with that Villa shirt I got back during the week....The Rovers shirt that also came back unsigned from left back Stephen Warnock has now been signed by Stanley left full back and No3 Dean Winnard... What a name for a left back  "WINARD" Dean agreed to sign for Stanley on 19 June 2009, after having been released by neighbours Blackburn Rovers, where he was the captain of the reserve side, I will also add on loan striker from Blackburn Micah Evans to this at the last home game..Dean also added his graph to Briteny's squad signed shirt making that complete now....Stanley Manager Paul Cook also signed the programme as did Ryan Hopper who won the LFE Apprentice of the month for March..he has risen from youth team to league football. Congrats Ryan and all the very best to Graham Turners men next week.

Brilliant as always Alex. A true treat on a Sunday to see these posts of yours. Hopefully you can decrease the gap over the summer by getting to some friendlies in July. I see Lionel Ainsworth did not play this year.
