I'm sure that Jane would be interested in this. Carl Smith is a real icon of country music and well nown figure from the early days of the Opry.

jane,the odd mark and dirt spot means nowt,its a fairly old item,cant vouch for the sig,but if proven genuine,i would snap it up ,wether marked and dirty or not:-)

Daz..I've heard from the seller of this book the autograph he says is in pencil 😞 so I bet it's pretty faded ...

i have pencil signatures jane from the 1940s ,and they are fine:-)ask for a scan,if he dont send one,dont buy it:-)

Jane - Daz is right, pencil sigs are fine, and more often than not will last longer than ink sigs.
