Finds No 26 and 27 for the year.......

Both football related, Both Dedicated to Sybil, Both on the same shelf in the same shop and both cost me £1.50.

£3 well spent yesterday, Thanks Sybil who ever you are.

 

First up..............

Hardbacked first edition book from 2006 titled " Who's the B*****D in the Black "?  confessions of a premier league Referee signed by Author Jeff Winter.

Jeffrey Elizebeth Winter, commonly known as Jeff Winter (born 18 April 1955 in Middlesbrough, England) is a former Premier League referee. Winter took charge of the 2004 FA Cup Final between Manchester United and Millwall, his final game as a professional referee before retirement. Winter also appeared as an official on the BBC TV programme Superstars.

Since 2006, he has officiated in the annual series of national six-a-side tournaments called Masters Football, referees for which are FA endorsed. This competition features ex-professional footballers chosen by the PFA, and is televised on Sky Sports

2nd find..........One of the " Alex " collection, 3rd one of these Ive found signed.................

 

Hardbacked first edition book titled "Managing my Life " My Autobiography including the unique Treble Triumph signed by Auther Sir Alex Ferguson CBE.......Don't need to say too much about this bloke do we.

 

Sir Alexander Chapman "Alex" Ferguson, CBE, (born 31 December 1941) is a Scottish former football manager and player who managed Manchester United from 1986 to 2013. His time at the club has led to Ferguson being regarded as one of the most successful, admired and respected managers in the history of the game.

Ferguson managed East Stirlingshire and St. Mirren before a highly successful period as manager of Aberdeen. After briefly managing Scotland following the death of Jock Stein, he was appointed manager of Manchester United in November 1986.

Ferguson is the longest serving manager of Manchester United, overtaking Sir Matt Busby's record on 19 December 2010, eventually completing more than 26-and-a-half years as the club's manager. He has won many awards and holds many records including winning Manager of the Year most times in British football history. In 2008, he became the third British manager to win the European Cup on more than one occasion. He was knighted in the 1999 Queen's Birthday Honours list, for his services to the game.

On 8 May 2013, Ferguson announced his retirement as manager of Manchester United. During his 26 years at the club, he won 38 trophies, including 13 Premier League and two UEFA Champions League titles.
