I picked up the autobiography from a local charity shop for a £1 and sent it off to Sam, Via Evertons training ground, the week after he was announced as the new Everton Boss around the start of December. The book was returned signed to the title page a couple of weeks ago, Nice addition to the signed autobiography book collection and has the England link, Thank you Sam Allardyce.

Need to brush up on adding pics like I used too.
