I sent three cards to Dmitri Kharine at Luton Town , I got all three cards back signed today .

Dmitri Kharine signed for Celtic in the summer of 1999 he was the first signing of the ill fated Barnes and Dalglish management team . His first team chances were limited because of injury and bad form so he only played a total of 11 games for us . He was released in the summer of 2002 .

He did a bit better for Chelsea were he played 118 times .

As a result of the political turmoil in his home nation, he ended up playing for three different international teams. He won six caps for the USSR, eleven for the CIS and then 23 for Russia.
