Out of my price range as a set. I hope you do well.
A word of advice, you have some very rare signed cards which individually can sell for big money. If you sell as a set, it will get picked off cheap by a seller, but you could get a lot more selling them individually, or up the start price as the set is worth a hell of a lot more than £300.
For info, I sold my original 409 card collection in 2007, yours is possibly the biggest since. I did try selling it as a set but no-one bit. I then ended up with three times more money than I offered the set for by selling the cards individually.

You will get lots of offers from people over the duration of this auction for the individual rare cards. All of the offers will be a lot less than they are worth.
The problem you have is that anyone collecting already has certain cards, so they only want certain ones to extend their existing collections. The only people who will buy as a bulk set are sellers, but they will want them cheap so they can sell the cards individually at a profit.
Tilly Vosburgh, Susan Tully, Joe Absolom, Carol Harrison, Jake Kyprianou, Jimi Mistry, Janet Dibley, Clare Wilkie - those alone, sold individually are worth more than £300 - even with a crap economy. You have many others that can easily sell upwards of £10 each, just as some will only sell for 99pence.
In my opinion it is worth the effort to scan them individually and sell them individually. It all depends on your time and needs. If you want to maximise your money, sell them individually. If you want quick cash, a seller will grab them at £300.

Nigel's right, sell what you can individually as you will probably get a higher price, and then any left at the end can be put in for a bulk offer.

#14 - Daz. This is where many of the dealers do not understand the EE market. They get their 8x10s signed for selling, but EE autograph collectors do not give a monkey about the autographs unless they are on the official BBC cards or cool multi signed items such as books/official Albert Square signs. The official cards is where the money is and single cards can sell for more than a multi signed Albert Square sign.
Sadly, a lot of dodgy people have latched onto this, and the EE signed card market is flooded with fakes right now. That is why whitty will do well, as the seasoned collectors will know he is putting a good collection on the market amidst all the fakes and will snap them up.
What happens is that the dodgy sellers buy up collections of blank cards or old b&w cards which have printed sigs, then fake them.
