I sent two photos to David, already signed by Catherine Tate and Billie Piper.  Received both back today but only the Catherine Tate one was signed so will have to tray again with Billie's, took 104 days:

Shame about the second one with Billie. That's  anice image though and he and Catherine Tate were a great partnership. I saw them do Much Ado on stage together and they were fantastic, great chemistry between them.

I actually had a reply from him yesterday too but I was out late last night. Will try to post it later.
