Sent one England U21 programme, two index cards and two pics to Chris Woods via Everton's training ground, Finch Farm on Tuesday, received back on Sat 6th. Quick return from Chris. He kindly signed all my items and also managed to get Tim Howard, current Everton goalkeeper to sign the pic as well.
Chris Woods professional career started in 1976 at Notts Forest and ended in 1998 at Burnley. He had spells at N. Forest 1976-79 (0 app), QPR 1979-81 (63 app), Norwich C. 1981-86 (216 app), Rangers 1986-91 (173 app), Sheff Weds 1991-96 (107 app), Colorado Rapids 1996 (23 app), Sunderland 1997 (0 app) and Burnley 1997-98 (12 app).
He also made 6 appearances for England U21, 2 for England B 1984-89 and 43 appearances for England between 1985-93.
He is now the goalkeeping coach at Everton.
