Charity shop finds w/e 21Oct12

Picked up five signed books from charity shops this week. Alan has seen one as I got it at lunchtime on the day I met up with him. Three were from a 3 books for £1 sale, and the other I picked up yesterday.

Where The Wind Goes USA HB 1/1 2001 by Dr. Mae Jemison - £1

Nice little find this. Mae was the first black woman in space. She has also had one acting role as a crew member in an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation.

One of my favourite shops currently has a three books for £1 sale, and I found three signed books.

Then yesterday I picked up a nice little book that is now 38 years old, and is an Australian 1st edition.

Oh for an edit button! My typing is crap. The Mae Jemison book was £2.
