Charity shop find.

This cost me £2 from a charity shop in Accrington. Hardbacked first edition "Jack Charlton" The autobiography dedicated to Bill...nicely signed to. Jack Charlton One of the boys from '66.

Out of the 1675 or so members we never see I'm sure there's a "Bill" out there and if you'd have been involved with this great forum and become a regular and being the generous person that I am 😉 This could have winged it's way to you this week but never mind It will sit in my collection along with the rest of my '66 bits and pieces.

As you say Alex, more involvement could have led to more fun and surprise for some.

Nice find Alex. A top man is Big Jack, and he has a very distinctive signature.

I had one find this week for a £1, but not really of interest to most on here - Jane Hunter biography from New Zealand (HB 1/1). Prominent in the NZ wine industry and media.

Another cracking find Alex pity there's not a regular called Bill . My copy of his book was a bit worn and grubby so I didn't want to send that to big Jack but I picked up a nice clean copy in a charity shop on Thursday (£2.75 unsigned 😞 ) which I will send off to him .
