Hi Suzanne 

It was a cup competition for teams who did not make European places ferom England, Scotland and Ireland. It only lasted for 6 seasons after crowds dropped. I t then became the Anglo Scottish Cup for a few seasons. English clubs won the Cup on each occasion.

Thanks for the info. I've heard of a lot of cup names but that one had escaped me. It doesn't help when they get renamed. I've lost track of what the Milk Cup is called now.😀
