Autograph albums/Leslie Uggams

Hello again to all.

Firstly, thanks to Wheel-lose, Sy, Richard, Jane, Paul and Nigel for your posts and support.

I must say that I do prefer Index/Album cards over 8x10s and furthermore, cards with dedications. I feel this is a safer option and it has the added benefit of more writing for better authentication.

I will try to attach a photo of my 'Roots wall' to better clarify things. Roots being one of my all time favourite television shows and my main autograph project at the moment is to carefully collect as many of the main stars as I can.

All toll, I have 12 autographs of Roots stars and it's difficult to single out a favourite as they are mostly all unique in their own ways. I must say that none of them were purchased on impulse. I always conduct a fair bit of research and ponder over exemplar files prior committing to buy.

The most elusive ones so far seem to be Georg Stanford Brown and Stan Shaw. With Robert Reed and Vic Morrow hot on their heels more so in price.

Once again, thank you all for your support and bye for now.

Regards

Michelle

P.S. My apologies if there happens to be two photos the same.

Impressive set of framed pics there. Never watched Roots but it's great when you can get a collection of one subject together.

The picture turned out pretty small but yes, it is great to get the one subject together and it's amazing how quickly they multiply...wasn't that long a go I only had one in this series.

I have other collections such as Brady Bunch, Mash and F-Troop stars but Roots has taken the lead and I still have three yet to framed.
