Wrote via a private residential address, to the ex Nottingham Forrest, Tottenham, Manchester United, West Ham and England striker Teddy Sheringham MBE. I wrote to him in mid December and the photo returned today signed.
Teddy Sheringham scored Forest's first Premiership goal against Liverpool in August 1992 ( this goal was also the first ever live goal shown on Sky Sports). I suspect he will always be remembered for scoring the dramatic stoppage-time equaliser against Bayern Munich in the Champions League final in 1999, having come on as a substitute. The photo he kindly signed is of him scoring that historical goal.
Teddy also gain 51 Caps for England in a long and sucessful career.
