I wrote to Anthony the last time he toured here in the UK, which must have been about two years ago.  It caught me unawares as I did not even know he was touring here at the time so I had to hand write a letter to him at the Donmar Warehouse in London.  I had nothing to send other than a signature card so off it went with two days to go before his apearance there.  I heard nothing back until today.  Must say it was totally unexpected but I am really pleased after all this time that the card has come back.
