Another "Signed Shirt" Find yesterday.

Picked this one up in a charity shop in Blackburn yesterday..£3.

Player name and number on the back...Arm Patches too and a nice big graph in Red!

Matt Jansen..Moved to Blackburn form Crystal Palace for over £4M around 1999..Played most of his Pro football their.also made 6 appearances for the England U 21 team. A motorcycle accident in Rome, Italy during the summer of 2002 nearly killed Jansen and long-term hospitalisation followed (he spent six days in a coma).

With Rovers being relegated to the Championship I'm hoping more fans might just empty their wardrobes...I do well with finding Rovers signed items.Ewood's Only a few miles down the road...Happy days.

That's awesome Alex. It may well be a match issue shirt. You could end up with a massive Rovers collection courtesy of your charity shops.

You just don't see signed footy shirts in my charity shops. Plenty of signed books!

Brill find that Alex, you could add to them too I guess whilst its down the road from you, as for the match issue point Nigel had check the name/number and if they are plastic then its not a match issue one

That's a super find - I would normally only think about looking at the books for signed items in charity shops - no longer!
