I received my two 10x8s back today (no sign of my index card).  Unfortunately she didn't use my backing card and they are quite badly bent but still a nice reply.  Took 38 days:

They look great but obviously we do not see what you see.  If they are badly bent then that is a real shame Greg.  A good result nonetheless.
