 At last I have a Celtic reply back I sent two cards to ex Celt Alex Mathie on 11/12/12 I got both cards back signed today . I hope some others find their way home .

Alex Mathie signed for Celtic in May 1987 he made his debut as a sub in a 2-1 home league defeat to Motherwell on February 11th 1989 he went on to play 11 times in The Hoops .

He also played for Morton , Port Vale , Newcastle United , Ipswich Town , Dundee United , Preston and
York City .

Another great addition to the collection Brian. There is a young Aussie player just signed for the Hoops - Tommy Rogic. Went to a game and saw him play a few months ago - a great up and coming player - hope he does well
