ANYONE INTERESTED IN A SEASON LONG COMP

AS THIS CAN BE RUN BY MORE THAN ONE MEMBER IS ANYONE INTERESTED IN A SEASON LONG COMP WHERE MEMBERS CAN CHOOSE 3 QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WEEKENDS FIXTURE LISTS IE HOW MANY GOALS ,RED CARDS,YELLOWS,OWN GOALS,PENALTIES,PREDICT THE OUTCOME OF A MATCH, ANYTHING REALLY RELATED TOO GAME.

AND KNOWING THAT THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD MEMBERS ON HERE I THOUGHT IF WE ALL DONATE A PRIZE THE PERSON AT THE END OF THE SEASON HAVING THE MOST POINTS WOULD GET SOME OF THE PRIZES 2ND PLACE GET A COUPLE AND 3RD GETTING 1 .

AS THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER FOR ME I WILL HAVE MORE TIME NOW AND WOULD BE WILLING TOO RUN THIS ALONG WITH HELP OF COURSE SET UP A LEAGUE TABLE WITH THE NAMES OF MEMBERS PLAYING ALONG WITH A LIST OF PRIZES AS THEY GET DONATED AND A STRICT SET OF RULES AS I UPSET A MEMBER OF MY OLD GROUP AND I DID NOT MEAN TOO UPSET THEM AS THEY ARE GOOD MEMBER ON HERE BY CHANGING THE RULES HALF WAY THROUGH THE SEASON.

ALL MEMBERS PLAYING WOULD GET THE CHANCE TOO CHOOSE THE 3 QUESTIONS TURN ABOUT EACH WEEK

EXAMPLE OF QUESTIONS

1) PREDICT THE SCORE BETWEEN CHELSEA V MAN UTD = CHELSEA 6 MAN UTD 0 CORRECT SCORE = 3PTS

2) HOW MANY RED CARDS IN THE PREM AND CHAMPIONSHIP CORRECT GUESS =3PTS NO CORRECT SCORES NEAREST WOULD WIN = 2PTS

3)BONUS OF 5PTS FOR THE TIME OF THE 1ST GOAL SCORED IE 1MIN,2MIN.

THIS IS ONLY AN IDEA SO IF YOU THINK IT WILL WORK WITH THE MEMBERS WE HAVE ????????????

We have a core group of members who do not appear to be going anywhere, so I see no reason why we could not get at least 7 or 8 of us, hopefully more on board.

Well looks like we have a comp i will get it all up and running for the start of the season and sort a seperat thread for the league tables which i hope i can edit for keeping it updated.

also on that same thread will be a list of donations as they are donated do not need too be sent just kept until the end of the season these do not have to be signed or football related just what ever each member thinks suitable.

I also think there will be a cut off period as too when members can join in say 60 days if you have not joined before then im afraid you cannot enter.

One recommendation. Any topics you want to edit, do not use the initial opening post. I have still seen examples where it is not possible to edit an opening post once replies are received, but replies can be edited.
