A recent ebay purchase.

I have been lucky enough to have been doing a little wheeling and dealing on ebay recently buying and selling some Northampton bits. With a lot of influence of this board I bid for and won an autograph book with nine former Manchester United signatures in. They are George Best, Ian Ure, John Aston, Pat Crerand ( twice, which is ironic as I still want him to sign my book) Steve James, Brian Kidd, Tony Dunne, Nobby Stiles and Shay Brennan. There is also a scribble which I presume was where somebody tried the pen out to see if it worked ok, I can't believe it is actually a signature.

Now this is also where your influence comes into it. As I have seven of the European Cup final I would like very much to get Alex Stepney, Bill Foulkes,David Saddler (yes Paul Knock knock :-D) Bobby Charlton and Jimmy Rimmer to also sign the book in biro. Now I know I am asking a lot here but I would be very, very grateful if I could get any help with addresses which I wouldn't tell a soul about. I thought I could write to them first to see if I could send the book on special delivery and everything for them to do the same with returning it.
