Here's a link to the pdf with all the details. I highly recommend that everyone studies this as there are some interesting changes that could affect various ways of sending requests, and most definitely selling on eBay.

The good news is that basic stamp prices are not increasing, but other areas have changed quite a bit.
The default insurance cover of £46 has been split. Standard mail (not recorded) now has a maximum cover of only £20, but recorded delivery mail is covered up to between £46 and £50. The charge for recorded delivery hasgone up from 95p to £1.10.
International rates are up again.
Book requests are reasonably well catered for again. The weight band has been increased from 0 to 750g up to 1kg, but has gone up by 30p to cater for this. This does save money on many books that used to go over 750g and cost £4.30 though.
Interesting stuff.
