Additional listing fees still apply e.g. for adding extra photos. To be eligible for this promotion, you need to: List your item(s) either with eBay Mobile applications, the new Quick Listing Tool or the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms. (Items listed using professional tools, such as Turbo Lister and Selling Manager Pro, are excluded.) Meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards.
