We want to let you know that we’ve updated some of our terms:
- The eBay.co.uk User Agreement has been updated and these changes are effective immediately for new members and from 1 June 2021 for current members. As with previous updates, we’ve made changes to keep the User Agreement up to date with the products and services we provide. In addition, we have clarified our Content section to make it clear how we may use the content you provide us, such as listing photographs.
- Following the recent launch of coded coupons functionality for sellers with a store subscription, we have taken the opportunity to update our Seller Hub Promos terms & conditions for sellers. You can find the amended terms here
We also want to let sellers who have already enrolled in managed payments know that eBay S.à r.l. has updated the Payments Terms of Use, and the new terms are effective from 30 June 2021 for those sellers.
You don’t need to take any further action to accept the new User Agreement, eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, Payments Terms of Use or Seller Hub Promo terms and conditions. If you choose not to accept the new User Agreement, visit this help page for further information.
