This weekend, we’re increasing the returns window required for eBay Premium Service listings from 14 to 30 days.
From 1 May, any of your listings which don’t offer 30-day returns will lose their eBay Premium Service discount and badge.
Don’t miss out – if you haven’t done so yet, update your returns window before our new requirement takes effect.
In addition to being eligible for eBay Premium Service, offering an extended returns window can help you:
- Increase your sales by encouraging buyers to purchase your items.
- Stand out from the crowd with better visibility in search.
- Gain a competitive edge against those with less favourable returns windows.
