What's New:
New permissions for Multi-user account access (MUAA)
MUAA gives you full control over what your employees can do on your eBay account and what they’re able to see.
We’ve added 3 new permissions that you can delegate to your employees so they can now manage your M2M Messages, Create and Manage your advertisement Campaigns and Create and Manage promotions & buyer groups.
This change will not affect existing permission which lets your employees:
- Create and edit drafts
- Publish and revise listings
- View orders
- Download order report
- Add postage tracking
- Print postage labels
- Research products using Terapeak
- Manage refunds, requests and disputes
These new permissions are available now for you to delegate to your employees to make managing your business easier.
