I have brought a game off of a seller on ebay but now he has been suspended before I have received the goods what do I do

Haven't been refunded.

I have not been refunded for an item that I returned and seller said he received. Poor communication and I believe I have indeed had my money taken off me. He sent a refund notification for £0.00 and says he refunded me!
