Uploading tracking

I've been going round in circles for 2 days a parcel got a wrong label it was returned to me but the correct label has expired in the meantime, I have sent it to the buyer via 48h tracked but cannot find how to upload the tracking number to the item so I get paid

You can't update the tracking number.All you can do is message the number to the buyer and add it to the details if buyer claims non receipt.

The option to change tracking number has been removed.   You can message your buyer with the tracking details.   If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.   Payment may be held for 14 days.
