Hi all 😄

Since WI i've stuck with my points so far(surprise,surprise) lol
& we've booked our long awaited holiday today, to Salou (Spain) in mid October.
Can't wait!!!!!
So now there's no room for messing about.
I'm not sure how many weeks away it is yet but will have a look soon & work out how much I could lose if i'm really good!
We haven't had a holiday abroad for about 5-6 years!
just a weeks camping at Selsey (S Coast) 3 years ago! & nuffin since *sob*
So today when I thought of getting that kit kat out da fridge, I thought again!
After all I didn't need it!
having a few glasses of the red stuff tonight to celebrate the booking lol

My WI has changed to a new monday afternoon class next week (my one closed down last Tuesday due to lack of members) so I have a day less to shed this weeks weight lol.

Hi to you all. This is not my normal chat room but you seem nice folks and wanted to say hi. I've not long had a baby and I'm pleased to say I lost all the weight I had put on - but boy I only want to weigh that much when I'm pregnant lol! Was pretty pleased to lose a further 13lbs but have since been on holiday and its all creeping on fast (so not really creeping more like charging). Weight definitely seems to be fluctuating a lot more since had the baby. Maybe pill, being home 24/7, not eating and eating badly makes for poor weight control lol. Anyway happy enough - nowhere near what i was when i was pregnant so not complaining.

Hi all
Well I thought i'd be good on friday night & have a tuna salad instead of a take away with hubs lol
Munched through that & later when hubbys Indian meal arrived I was back starving again lol so I had a small plate of his lol.
*sigh*, that along with a couple of voddys put me 10 points over for the day! (the intention was there, I suppose!)
Anyway not fretting yet as I still have 38 points to my WI tomorrow afternoon, which has to include tomorrow evening too (allowed 6 days points from last WI, for the transaction onto a day earlier, different class).
Next week should be more straight forward lol.
Going to my mum's for dinner today & will ring her in a bit to request new potatoes instead of roasties lol, she always put one on the plate for me anyway lol (bless her).
Well gonna do my best today & tomorrow morning & will let yas know how I get on after my WI @ 1pm.

Not going to WW today after all, have found another class on tuesdays @ 5pm so I think that will be easier.
Won't have to take the kiddies along then, which will be much better all round lol.
So now, I have 26 points to last me now until tomorrow evening.
Got to be good all day to be in for a chance.......

Well after all my good intentions after thursdays weigh in reality was slightl (who am I kidding ) different. Today i retook control and now have to cross fingers until thursday. My pedometer has arrived and i havre stepped just under 8000 steps. Aiming for 10000 tomorrow.

Woo hoo! Just got back from Slimming World and have lost 3 lbs this week. Really chuffed - got slimmer of the week as well, for the first time.

Well I've been away on holiday and went to WI yesterday and lost 1.5 lbs! 🙂

Trying to be extra good this week, really hope to lose maybe 2 lbs next week.

Well done to those that have lost this week and best of luck to everyone else, hope the WI is kind to you all!

WELL, i'm a really happy bunny tonight!
Waaahey, I finally got my 2nd Silver 7!!!!!!

Lost 1 1/2 lb's this week,

bringing my WW total to 15lb & my overall total to just over 2 1/2 stone!
(Just under 4 1/2st to go lol)
I'm gonna do it, however long it takes!
(hopefully the holiday booking will speed things up a bit lol)
Well here's to another great week all round

Good morning all!

TY Jay, I used to forget the fruit most weeks too lol, so I started putting a couple of packs of Sugar free jelly in my bag so I could put them in the basket any week I forgot.
Once i've lost another pound, I will be in the next lower down stone marker, which will be a big (lol) boost!
That lower number will feel good lol.
I had a few voddy's last night & a few more point's than I should have but I really enjoyed the chill out. So to compensate I am only going to have a maximum of 22 points each day, hopefully less.
I have had a late brekky today, (coco pops) as I am going out to lunch this arvo' with my MIL & taking the kiddies to the play park at the same time.
I will be having a jacket salad & am looking forward to that with a diet coke! (NO voddy's lol).
My leader asked me last night why I feel more positive all of a sudden lol & I think it's because I had a few bad weeks recently (as some of us did) & although it was my fault, I became a bit dispondant.
I think that it gave me a boost when I lost the 1.5lb after my holiday week, when I had enjoyed myself but eaten healthily at the same time!
Just shows you it can be done.
I felt much better munching the jacket salads, than I would have piggin' out on chips & burgers etc!
Well, 1 more stone off & I will be at the halfway mark!
I'm over the moon with that & if I can get it off before our October holiday, I will be sooo chuffed!

Hi, everyone it's been a while, my computer in work has been playing up. I seem to be the only one who put weight on last week ½lb, can't seem to shift this last 3lbs. I go away next Monday (seems like I've waited for this holiday forever) so definitely won't be down to target weight by then. Last weigh in is this evening and I'm not very optimistic, feel like I've put on again!! All going well with computer I'll let you know how I do tomorrow!!

I have stayed off the fags, I seem to have got stuck at the 9 lb i put on, has not gone up but i cant seem to make it go down either. I read that orange peel contains something that they put in slimming pills. didn't fancy that but i grated some into a sandwich with Philadelphia light and a spring onion to disguise the taste, it was ok so i will do it again tomorrow. Desperation rules ok
