Good morning all!
TY Jay, I used to forget the fruit most weeks too lol, so I started putting a couple of packs of Sugar free jelly in my bag so I could put them in the basket any week I forgot.
Once i've lost another pound, I will be in the next lower down stone marker, which will be a big (lol) boost!
That lower number will feel good lol.
I had a few voddy's last night & a few more point's than I should have but I really enjoyed the chill out. So to compensate I am only going to have a maximum of 22 points each day, hopefully less.
I have had a late brekky today, (coco pops) as I am going out to lunch this arvo' with my MIL & taking the kiddies to the play park at the same time.
I will be having a jacket salad & am looking forward to that with a diet coke! (NO voddy's lol).
My leader asked me last night why I feel more positive all of a sudden lol & I think it's because I had a few bad weeks recently (as some of us did) & although it was my fault, I became a bit dispondant.
I think that it gave me a boost when I lost the 1.5lb after my holiday week, when I had enjoyed myself but eaten healthily at the same time!
Just shows you it can be done.
I felt much better munching the jacket salads, than I would have piggin' out on chips & burgers etc!
Well, 1 more stone off & I will be at the halfway mark!
I'm over the moon with that & if I can get it off before our October holiday, I will be sooo chuffed!
