eBay hold your Purchase History for 2 years plus the months of this year.
Preferably using a desktop browser and not the app or mobile browser, on your Purchase History page, make sure top left Not Hidden is selected, then go top right ot See Order from drop down menu to see the period you wish to view.
If you purchased using PayPal, your PayPal account holds history for 7 years, though the further back you go the more scant the information
